That means specifically:
Delivery times for goods, which are in stock, are one to two days and your returns will be processed as usual in three to five days. The repair of your notebook will be completed within one to two weeks.
Thanks to the early ordering of the most important spare parts, we have enough in stock for the next two to six months.
As usual, our employees offer you support by e-mail and telephone. About 15 employees are already working in home office.

Our safety precautions
Internally, we have been preparing for the new risks for weeks. Our measures include shift work, home-office workplaces, employee redundancy, complete digitalization of company processes, timely and generous stocking of warehouses and, furthermore, the segmentation and isolation of the various company divisions, all of which help us to provide you with the professional support you are accustomed to. In addition, you can be sure that IPC-Computer will continue to be a reliable partner for all customers and suppliers even in this crisis, thanks to years of sustainable and down-to-earth economic activity.
Even expected corona infections in the team will not lead to serious disruptions in processes and procedures. As of 20.03.2020, there are currently no infections at the site
